Location: Dublin West fully onsite for training and moving to hybrid working model.
Days/Hours of Work: Full Time Permanent, standard hours Mon-Fri.

Our client is seeking to hire a Logistics Customer Service Coordinator to join their team in Dublin West. The role involves supporting customer needs via all communication channels. You will work with a global logistics company where you will support clients and customers in delivering their goods on time. The Role:
- Deliver a high level of customer service, putting the customer first at all stages of their journey
- Work closely with a diverse and vibrant team
- Communicate effectively between customers, client and the team.
- Resolve queries at the first point of contact through various communication channels.
- Provide administrative support as required
- Professionally handle all enquiries and follow up on any issues efficiently
The Candidate:
- Experience working in a customer service role providing excellent customer service
- Proficient in MS office (ie Word, Excel)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Enjoys working in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Great attention to detail and organization skills
- Excellent administration skills.
