We are recruiting an Ad Sales Account Manager to join a high-profile digital advertising programme supporting one of the world’s most innovative and recognisable AI technology brands.

The Role
You will manage client relationships while helping advertisers improve campaign performance and maximise results across digital advertising platforms.
Responsibilities will include:
- Managing and developing relationships with advertising clients
- Analysing campaign performance across the full marketing funnel
- Reviewing key advertising metrics and identifying performance trends
- Troubleshooting underperforming campaigns
- Identifying issues such as creative fatigue, declining performance or inefficient spend
- Recommending campaign optimisation strategies based on data and performance insights
- Supporting clients with digital advertising best practice
- Identifying opportunities to increase client engagement and advertising investment
- Communicating campaign results and recommendations clearly and confidently
What We Are Looking For
- Hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms such as Meta, Snap, Search or similar
- Strong understanding of paid media and campaign optimisation
- Experience working across upper, mid and lower funnel advertising activity
- Good knowledge of digital advertising metrics, reporting and performance analysis
- Ability to interpret campaign data and turn insights into practical recommendations
- Experience improving or troubleshooting underperforming campaigns
- Search advertising experience would be highly advantageous
- Previous client-facing, account management or commercial experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent English communication skills and confidence working directly with clients
