Job Title: Digital Marketing Acquisition Sales Manager – French Market
Location: Dublin City Centre (Hybrid – 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead a high-performing team supporting the French market within a global digital advertising business.
This is an exciting leadership opportunity where you will manage a team of 10-15 Sales Executives, coaching them to achieve ambitious sales targets while helping small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs) grow through innovative digital advertising solutions.
You’ll be based in a modern Dublin city centre office, joining an international organisation with approximately 320 employees and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach and develop a team of 10-15 French-speaking Sales Executives.
- Drive team performance to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Conduct regular one-to-one coaching sessions, performance reviews and call quality evaluations.
- Support the onboarding and development of new team members through structured coaching and mentoring.
- Monitor sales performance, pipeline health and forecasting using CRM and reporting tools.
- Analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Work closely with Training, Operations, Quality and other internal stakeholders to improve processes and performance.
- Act as the escalation point for customer and team queries, ensuring an excellent client experience.
- Foster a positive, collaborative and high-performance team culture.
- Provide market insights and customer feedback to support ongoing business growth.
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent in French and English.
- Previous experience managing a sales team, ideally leading 10 or more people.
- Proven success in a target-driven sales environment.
- Experience within digital marketing, digital advertising or online advertising.
- Strong coaching and people management skills with a passion for developing talent.
- Experience managing KPIs, sales forecasting and pipeline performance.
- Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or similar.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
