An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Ad Sales Team Lead to join a fast-growing advertising sales operation supporting a leading global AI/ SaaS platform.
This is a hands-on leadership role, responsible for managing and developing a team of Advertising Sales professionals working across the SMB and Mid-Market customer base.
This position is fully on-site in Dublin City Centre, Monday to Friday. Hybrid or remote working is not available.
The Role
You will lead a team responsible for developing advertiser relationships, generating new business opportunities and growing revenue across a digital advertising platform.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Lead, coach and develop a team of Advertising Sales professionals
- Drive team performance against sales, pipeline and productivity targets
- Support the team across outbound prospecting, account development and advertiser engagement
- Manage pipeline activity, forecasting and CRM discipline
- Coach team members on campaign performance, ROI and value-based advertiser conversations
- Support more complex client discussions and commercial opportunities
- Analyse team performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion, productivity and revenue
- Build a high-performance, commercially focused team culture
What We’re Looking For
Relevant digital advertising experience is essential for this position.
We are particularly interested in candidates who have:
- Previous experience leading or managing a sales team
- Strong experience within digital advertising, media sales, advertising technology or platform-based ad sales
- A good understanding of digital advertising campaigns, performance metrics, ROI and measurement
- Experience managing sales pipelines, forecasting and commercial targets
- Strong coaching and performance management capability
- Experience supporting both new business development and account growth
- Confidence working within a fast-paced, target-driven sales environment
Candidates coming purely from general B2B, SaaS or technology sales without relevant advertising experience are unlikely to be suitable for this particular position.
You must also be comfortable working fully on-site in Dublin City Centre, Monday to Friday.
