Abrivia Recruitment is partnering with an organisation in the insurance sector to recruit a Change Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced change professional to join a well-established team delivering strategic business transformation initiatives.
The successful candidate will report to the Strategic Change Team Lead and will take ownership of supporting and delivering change initiatives across a range of transformation projects. The role involves a mix of hands-on change delivery, stakeholder engagement, communication planning, training coordination, and strategic input.
Key Responsibilities:
- Apply structured change management methodologies to support the delivery of effective change initiatives across projects.
- Develop and implement communication strategies and materials tailored to a range of stakeholder groups.
- Support training activities, including needs analysis, scheduling, coordination, and adoption planning.
- Facilitate workshops to capture current processes and work with stakeholders to define future ways of working.
- Monitor and measure change adoption, providing feedback and support to ensure sustained business benefits.
- Promote adherence to change management processes and champion the value of effective change delivery across the organisation.
- Work closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders to support customer-focused transformation initiatives.
- Use data, insights, and emerging tools to identify opportunities to improve change outcomes.
Requirements:
- Recognised change management qualification.
- Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in change management or business transformation.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational, planning, and time management skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive, proactive approach with strong interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated emotional intelligence and the ability to respond effectively to group dynamics.
- Strong business writing and documentation skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
