Job Title: Commercial Account Executive

Abrivia are currently recruiting for a Commercial Account Executive to join our client, a well-established insurance brokerage based in Drogheda.
This role will involve managing an existing portfolio of Commercial insurance clients while delivering a high standard of service across renewals, new business and mid-term adjustments. The successful candidate will work closely with clients and insurers, providing advice and ensuring suitable insurance solutions are in place.
Your Role
- Manage an existing portfolio of Commercial insurance clients.
- Handle renewals, new business and mid-term adjustments.
- Review policy wordings, endorsements and coverage requirements.
- Negotiate with insurers to secure suitable cover and competitive terms.
- Provide coverage comparisons and recommendations to clients where required.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurer partners.
- Ensure all compliance and regulatory requirements are adhered to.
- Deliver a professional and responsive service throughout the policy lifecycle.
Your Skills
- CIP qualified or grandfathered status.
- Previous experience within Commercial General Insurance.
- Strong technical understanding of Commercial insurance products.
- Ability to manage client relationships effectively.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
- Experience using Relay software would be advantageous.
