Job Title: Personal Lines Broker

Abrivia are currently recruiting for a Personal Lines Executive to join our client, a well-established insurance brokerage based in Drogheda.
This role will focus on managing and servicing a portfolio of Personal Lines business across Motor, Home, Travel and related insurance products. The successful candidate will work closely with clients and insurers, handling renewals, new business and policy amendments while delivering a high standard of customer service.
Your Role
- Manage renewals, new business quotations and mid-term adjustments across a Personal Lines portfolio.
- Review policy documentation, endorsements and coverage requirements.
- Negotiate with insurers to secure suitable cover and competitive terms for clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and insurance providers.
- Provide professional advice and insurance solutions based on customer requirements.
- Ensure all compliance and regulatory requirements are adhered to.
- Maintain accurate client records and policy documentation.
- Deliver a high standard of customer service throughout the policy lifecycle.
Your Skills
- APA qualified with CIP studies underway or willingness to progress qualifications.
- Previous experience working within Personal Lines insurance.
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience using Relay software would be advantageous.
- Professional, motivated and committed to delivering excellent client service.
